Exercise is so important, not to look good, but for your vital health. Exercise produces endorphins. Endorphins give you that I feel goooooodddd feeling. Some call it a “high” from working out. Endorphins can help fight off depression, boost your mood, and make you more productive. Who doesn’t feel awesome after a day of being productive?
This Chicken Wrap is basically what I always pack for lunch. It’s something I can do the night before. It’s healthy and super filling. Its not expensive and it involves no cooking. It’s okay if you don’t like some of the ingredients I use. Make it your own. I like to change it up sometimes just to have something different. You can take away, add, or replace ingredients. I’m not going to lie, keeping up a workout schedule is hard. I wish I had some secret to squeeze in a workout every time I’m super busy or exhausted with absolutely no energy.
