Hello ladies and gentlemen and hello spring!
You guys know what comes after Spring? Summer, or in other words swim suit season.
I am starting a Dream Body Journey where I post different posts on tip and tricks I’ve been using to lose fat and tone up. I’m not itty bitty but I am in that range where it is typically difficult for people to lose weight and I’ve lost almost 5 pounds and plan to keep on going. This is not a step by step guide. It will be something that you use and adjust to work best with your body.
DISCLAIMER: I am not a doctor or a personal trainer or anything like that. I am a normal girl who has a busy schedule and tight budget. This worked for my body, but everyone’s body is different.
Before I posted anything I wanted to make sure this worked. It really has for me. So I want to share it with all of you beautiful people. One reminder is it is going to take time. You aren’t going to slim up overnight and achieve your dream body. It takes determination and hard work. I have researched and personally tried all of these tips, tricks and recipes.
